RareQoL was founded on the 4th of July in 2020. Some of us were friends who had lived experience of inequalities and felt the need to make a difference to our communities. We are a small team of advocates and professionals with shared and different experience, skills and expertise. The guidance is about ‘improving the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of Wales…  It will make the public bodies listed in the Act think more about the long-term, work better with people and communities and each other, look to prevent problems and take a more joined-up approach’. Act puts in place seven well-being goals.
